A serving UK Police Inspector with 30 years’ experience across two large forces, Dan specialises in command, critical incidents, operational planning, debriefing and organisational learning.

He is an accredited public order, public safety and firearms commander, as well as a Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator. That experience helps participants engage with someone who understands pressure, imperfect information and real-world constraints.
